At Home of Games and Gadgets, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our policy regarding warranties and returns.

Warranty Coverage

• Used Gadgets: All used gadgets carry a two (2) week warranty from the date of purchase.

• Inspection: Customers are required to thoroughly inspect any used gadget for malfunctions before leaving the store.

• Replacements: If a malfunction is discovered within the two (2) week period, the device (new or used) must be returned to the store for a replacement.

• Exclusions: Please note that this guarantee does not apply to accessories.

Warranty Exclusions (What is Not Covered)

The limited warranty is void under the following conditions:

1. Physical & Liquid Damage: Accidents such as dropping, falling, or damage caused by spills of food or liquids.

2. Misuse: Abuse of the product, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or exposure to moisture, dampness, sand, dust, or extreme temperatures.

3. Power Issues: Damage resulting from incorrect electrical supply or voltage fluctuations.

4. Unauthorized Tampering: Repairs or parts replacement by non-verified service centers, unauthorized modifications, or tampering.

5. Wear & Tear: Normal wear and tear, battery leakage, or external rusting and stains.

6. Battery Health (UK-Used iPhones): UK-used iPhones (models 2014–2020) may have batteries replaced or boosted by the manufacturer. As long as the battery functions normally, we are not responsible for subsequent reductions in battery health percentage.

Refund Policy

• Deposits & Purchases: There are no immediate refunds for deposits or completed purchases.

• Resale Condition: A refund for a purchase will only be processed after the specific item has been resold to another customer.
